RETURN POLICY


Our policy lasts 30 days. We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to process an exchange or refund the product less within 30 Days of your purchase. All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our Customer Service Department only. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchange to be process.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.



● After receiving the packages, please check all the products in the order.
● As a result of lighting and camera variations, product images will not Accurate reflection the exact physical color of our products.
● To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
● We will not reship replacement(s) before we get a claim approval for the lost or stolen item(s) or the returned item from customers.
● In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been approved by our Customer Service Department.
● Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there is no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee for the price of the item.
● Once the RMA is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is return after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA, we reserve the rights to reject the item or charge the buyer a 20% restocking fee.
● All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
● Most of our item(s) are plug and play, however PROFESSIONAL installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yorkim@outlook.com.


Shipping
To return your product, you need to contact: yorkim@outlook.com to get the address info.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
