Can processing be expedited / does purchasing FedEx expedite processing?

Yorkim does not have an expedited processing option. Purchasing FedEx only expedites postal service mailing time.

How are customs and taxes issues handled?
- 1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
2. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Some countries customs may charge taxes for importing good from another country such as import duty, Value added Tax, a purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
3. Buyer as importer are responsible for paying such costs, Buyers can not request to cancel the auction or request for refund or resend under this situation. In our experience around 92% can reach to the buyers without any taxes.
4. We will try our best to help our buyer to minimize the risk of paying taxes, and you still find the price is lower than standard even you are chosen to pay taxes.
5. Please note your Telephone when your payed. Telephone are must for international express shipping.

What is the RMA & returns procedure?
- Please do not discard the mailing envelope and product packaging. Pictures of the proceeding items are needed when contacting Yorkim . Know more detail about Yorkim return policy from here.
Always contact Yorkim and wait for instructions before returning anything.
